Selection of industrial vacuum furnace

Because of its small volume, high thermal efficiency, simple, reliable system, stable operation, high safety, bright workpiece surface, small deformation and other characteristics, industrial vacuum furnace has been more and more used in mechanical production engineering projects. Its process performance directly affects the processing quality of parts.

The working principle of industrial vacuum furnace the industrial vacuum furnace appeared as early as 1970s, and the first finished product machine was launched in Japan. In the late 1980s, some domestic manufacturers developed vacuum hot water boilers, but due to technical problems, they have not been promoted. The structure of industrial vacuum furnace is composed of combustion chamber (furnace), water pipe, negative pressure steam chamber, heat exchanger, heat medium water, etc. The interior of the body is in a vacuum state, isolated from the outside air, forming a closed state. The heat medium water covers the ignition furnace and water pipe and is sealed inside the body. Because the pressure in the negative pressure steam chamber is kept under atmospheric pressure, the heat medium water in the sealed chamber boils immediately after burning and heating, producing steam with the same temperature as the heat medium water.

During the rising process, the steam generated in the unit contacts the surface of the heat exchanger in the negative pressure steam chamber. Because the water temperature in the heat exchanger is lower than the steam temperature, the steam will condense on the surface of the heat exchanger and release a large amount of vaporization heat to heat the water in the heat exchanger, and the condensed water will return to the heat medium water under the action of strategy. Therefore, the circulation of "boiling = evaporation = condensation = heat medium water" is continuously carried out in the closed body. There is no need to add condensate water, and there is no risk of empty burning. The water in the heat exchanger is heated and sent to the user for air conditioning and sanitary hot water.
